Firstly, let me start by saying that the words, ‘plastic surgery’, do not do justice to what Mr El Gammal has done for me. I found Mr El Gammal after he helped and saved my Mum after her breast cancer diagnosis and surgery. Having seen his reconstruction work on her and how amazing this was, I decided to meet with him after having a breast augmentation 15 years prior and needed to have this revisited. He immediately put my mind at rest, he answered all of mine and my husbands questions and from that first introductory meeting, I knew I was in safe hands, very clever after a 15 minute meeting! From start to finish, I have felt cared for, reassured, no question was too much and no amount of care was too much. The team at the Alexandra spire were also excellent. As for the results, well, I never ever thought it would be this good and this is only a week post op! I had seen photos on other doctors web sites and was really worried. I now look more natural than I ever have, I do not look like I’ve had any sort of implant, I can’t feel the implant and this is due to the expertise and technique of Mr El Gammal, I honestly recommend him in the highest possibleregard for cancer care, my Mum was looked after so well and for reconstruction or cosmetic surgery. And Mr El Gammal, if you are reading this, then once again, thank you for your care, expertise, attention to detail and for being a thoroughly lovely, gentle man. from Eve

I cannot thank this wonderful Dr and his team enough for what they have done for me. At every stage from diagnosis to post-surgery they have been absolutely amazing and taken the fear out of what was a very stressful situation. My care has been brilliant and Dr El Gammal’s kind, caring and calm disposition helped me immensely. My scar has healed extremely well and was thankful that due to his skill I did not need to have the blue dye in me. For anyone about to embark on this awful cancer journey I can honestly say that you couldn’t wish for better care, Dr El Gammal and his team are amazing people and thank goodness they are there to help us. Thank you so much.

Dr El Gammal was one of the best doctors I’ve ever been in the care of. He explained everything so clearly and professionally about the breast cancer I had and on the day of surgery reassured me I was in the best hands. So I wasn’t frightened any more. The care I received from Breast unit and POCU was also so caring kind and attentive. Dr El Gammal didn’t need to use the blue dye for the surgery. It’s so reassuring to know that he is so experienced and knowledgeable in this area. I can’t explain how happy I am to be given the all clear on Christmas Eve , where Dr El Gammal came in especially on his absence of leave to give my results. Thank God for these wonderful Doctors and Surgeons. Your a Genius man. Thank you so much for sparing my life and so many other women. Xxxxx

I would like to give great thanks to this wonderful gifted doctor Mr Mohsen El Gammal. who has probably saved my life and so many other women with this terrible terrifying illness breast cancer. He was so professional with communicating all the medical information I needed to know and reassured me I was in safe professional hands. Every question I asked was answered clearly and was understandable. He especially came in on his day of leave to give me my clear results before Xmas day. I was so pleased . How caring is this man!!!!! I say he is a Genius. Thank you so much Mr El Gammal and all the wonderful nurses in breast care unit.

It was easy to trust Mr El Gammal. He provided all the information I needed, explained well and allowed enough time for my questions. Also, he listened to my concerns and wishes, offered knowledge and advise while respecting my decisions. I'm happy about the positive outcome of my breast cancer surgery - in terms of treating the cancer as well as from an aesthetic viewpoint.
